SHIPPING POLICY

DELIVERY TIMELINE

Once shipped, orders typically take 2–7 working days to be delivered, depending on the destination and courier operations. Working days are Monday - Friday, therefore the shipping timeline does not include the weekend. Once the order is dispatched from our warehouse, tracking details will be emailed to you on your registered email. Please do not accept a parcel if it is tampered as we will not be responsible for it.

PRE-ORDERS

Pre-ordered items are dispatched 2–8 days after the pre-order period ends.

SHIPPING INFORMATION

All shipping and pre-order dates are clearly mentioned in the shipping section on each product page (located below the buy now button). If this information is overlooked, rebirthnow can't be held responsible for any misunderstanding regarding delivery timelines.

COD & PARTIALLY PAID ORDERS

For cod or partially paid orders, our team will call to confirm the order. Dispatch begins only after the customer approves and confirms.
